On June 23, 2015 at 16:10:12 UTC the payload was transitioned to Manual Data Acquisition mode to take extended background measurements while the laser is off.
On June 29, 2015 at 13:31:23 UTC the payload was transitioned to SAFE mode to prepare for a return to Data Acquisition mode.
On June 29, 2015 at 18:51:23 the payload returned to Data Acquisition mode. No science data was collected from June 18, 2015 at 13:10:14 UTC until June 29, 2015 at 18:51:23 UTC.
2015-07-09The CALIPSO satellite performed a polarization calibration on July 09, 2015. The payload was down from 18:51:09 to 19:35:45 UTC.
2015-07-21The CALIPSO satellite performed a laser inhibit due to a Hubble Space Telescope overflight on July 21, 2015. The laser was inhibited from 07:04:16 to 07:04:32 UTC.

2015-09-30The CALIPSO satellite performed BITS testing on September 30, 2015 in conjunction with a Drag Makeup Maneuver on October 01, 2015. The payload was down for testing and the maneuver from September 30, 2015 at 19:11:50 UTC until October 01, 2015 at 09:02:01 UTC.
Due to a SOCC failure to enable the time tag buffer following the Drag Makeup Maneuver, science data is missing from September 30, 2015 at 23:44:13 UTC to October 01, 2015 at 17:45:30 UTC.
2015-10-07The CALIPSO satellite performed 30 degree off-nadir measurements on October 07, 2015. From 12:45:31 UTC to 12:46:28 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to update the LIDAR configuration table for the off-nadir measurements. The platform off-nadir angle changed from 3 degrees to 30 degrees at 12:49:51 UTC and then returned from 30 degrees to 3.0 degrees at 13:23:56 UTC. From 13:25:45 UTC to 13:26:42 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to restore the LIDAR configuration table to the nominal configuration.
2015-10-09The CALIPSO satellite performed a polarization calibration on October 09, 2015. The payload was down from 17:28:31 to 18:13:07 UTC.
2015-10-21The CALIPSO satellite performed 30 degree off-nadir measurements on October 21, 2015. From 11:17:31 UTC to 11:18:28 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to update the LIDAR configuration table for the off-nadir measurements. The platform off-nadir angle changed from 3 degrees to 30 degrees at 11:22:01 UTC and then returned from 30 degrees to 3.0 degrees at 11:54:21 UTC. From 11:59:48 UTC to 12:00:45 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to restore the LIDAR configuration table to the nominal configuration.
2015-10-29Due to the payload transition to OFF, science data was lost on October 29, 2015 from 00:09:05 UTC until 08:45:06 UTC.

The CALIPSO satellite payload was commanded to OFF on October 29, 2015 at 08:45:06 UTC due to an increase in 10 and 100 MeV proton flux. On November 02, 2015 at 11:27:40 UTC the payload was transitioned to SAFE mode to prepare for a return to Data Acquisition mode. On November 03, 2015 at 16:17:14 UTC the payload returned to Data Acquisition mode. No science data was collected from October 29, 2015 at 08:45:06 UTC until November 03, 2015 at 16:17:14 UTC.
2015-11-04The CALIPSO satellite performed 30 degree off-nadir measurements on November 04, 2015. From 13:07:17 UTC to 13:08:22 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to update the LIDAR configuration table for the off-nadir measurements. The platform off-nadir angle changed from 3 degrees to 30 degrees at 13:11:42 UTC and then returned from 30 degrees to 3.0 degrees at 13:45:28 UTC. From 13:48:53 UTC to 13:49:50 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to restore the LIDAR configuration table to the nominal configuration.
2015-11-16Due to a USN ground station anomaly, there are multiple gaps in the science data on November 16, 2015.

The CALIPSO satellite performed a Drag Makeup Maneuver on November 17, 2015. The payload was down for the maneuver from November 16, 2015 at 23:45:04 UTC until November 17, 2015 at 08:13:39 UTC.
2015-11-18The CALIPSO satellite performed 30 degree off-nadir measurements on November 18, 2015. From 11:39:48 UTC to 11:40:37 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to update the LIDAR configuration table for the off-nadir measurements. The platform off-nadir angle changed from 3 degrees to 30 degrees at 11:43:42 UTC and then returned from 30 degrees to 3.0 degrees at 12:17:28 UTC. From 12:20:44 UTC to 12:21:41 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to restore the LIDAR configuration table to the nominal configuration.
2015-11-21Due to a USN ground station anomaly, science data is missing from November 21, 2015 at 23:20:18 UTC to November 22, 2015 at 22:36:36 UTC.
2015-11-25The CALIPSO satellite performed a gyro calibration on November 25, 2015. The payload off-nadir angle was off-nominal from 08:29:00 to 09:06:15 UTC.
2015-11-27The CALIPSO satellite performed a boresight alignment on November 27, 2015. The payload was down from 21:34:56 to 22:07:24 UTC.
2015-11-29The CALIPSO satellite performed a laser inhibit due to a Hubble Space Telescope overflight on November 29, 2015. The laser was inhibited from 19:18:34 to 19:18:50 UTC.
2015-12-02The CALIPSO satellite performed 30 degree off-nadir measurements on December 02, 2015. From 11:51:33 UTC to 11:52:30 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to update the LIDAR configuration table for the off-nadir measurements. The platform off-nadir angle changed from 3 degrees to 30 degrees at 11:55:18 UTC and then returned from 30 degrees to 3.0 degrees at 12:29:18 UTC.
