2014-01-03The CALIPSO satellite performed a Drag Makeup Maneuver on January 03, 2014. The payload was down for the maneuver from January 03, 2014 at 00:02:22 UTC until January 03, 2014 at 08:30:48 UTC.
2014-01-04Due to a USN ground station anomaly, science data is missing from January 04, 2014 at 00:02:48 UTC to 20:01:01 UTC.
2014-01-05Due to the payload transition to OFF, science data was lost from January 05, 2014 at 23:50:29 UTC until January 06, 2014 at 09:59:48 UTC.
2014-01-06The CALIPSO satellite payload was commanded to OFF on January 06, 2014 at 09:59:48 UTC due to an increase in 10 and 100 MeV proton flux. On January 13, 2014 at 13:19:03 UTC the payload was transitioned to SAFE mode to prepare for a return to Data Acquisition mode. On January 14, 2014 at 16:25:55 the payload returned to Data Acquisition mode. No science data was collected from January 06, 2014 at 09:59:48 UTC until January 14, 2014 at 16:25:55 UTC.
2014-01-23The CALIPSO satellite performed a boresight alignment on January 23, 2014. The payload was down from 20:53:40 to 21:27:22 UTC.
2014-01-28The CALIPSO satellite performed a 20 degree off-nadir pointing test on January 28, 2014. From 11:06:04 UTC to 11:07:01 UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to update the LIDAR configuration table for the off-nadir test.

The platform off-nadir angle changed from 3 degrees to 20 degrees at 11:14:00 UTC and then returned from 20 degrees to 3.0 degrees at 11:48:00 UTC.

From 11:49:03 UTC to 11:50:40UTC the payload performed a DAQ-STANDBY-DAQ transition to return the LIDAR configuration table to the nominal configuration.
2014-02-14The CALIPSO satellite performed a polarization calibration on February 14, 2014. The payload was down from 21:46:29 to 22:31:05 UTC.
2014-02-17The CALIPSO satellite performed BITS testing on February 17, 2014 in conjunction with a drag makeup maneuver on February 18, 2014. The payload was down for testing and the maneuver from February 17, 2014 at 20:35:50 UTC until February 18, 2014 at 08:46:59 UTC.
2014-02-20The CALIPSO satellite payload was commanded to SAFE mode on February 20, 2014 due to an increase in 10 MeV proton flux. The payload was down from February 20, 2014 at 14:18:34 UTC to February 24, 2014 at 16:24:32 UTC.
2014-02-25The CALIPSO satellite payload was commanded to OFF on February 25, 2014 at 16:10:20 UTC due to an increase in 10 and 100 MeV proton flux. On February 27, 2014 at 21:52:59 UTC the payload was transitioned to Manual Data Acquisition mode to take extended background measurements while the laser is off. On March 03, 2014 at 13:01:01 UTC the payload was transitioned to SAFE mode to prepare for a return to Data Acquisition mode. On March 03, 2014 at 19:50:31 the payload returned to Data Acquisition mode. No science data was collected from February 25, 2014 at 16:10:20 UTC until March 03, 2014 at 19:50:31 UTC.
2014-03-11The CALIPSO satellite performed a Drag Makeup Maneuver on March 11, 2014. The payload was down for the maneuver from March 11, 2014 at 00:39:30 UTC until March 11, 2014 at 09:08:19 UTC.
