AGENDA

Colleagues:

Attached is the meeting agenda with mostly 20 minute talks for presenters. We tried to accommodate as many requests for oral presentations as possible. We apologize to those few who were unable to receive one of these opportunities and hope that you will prepare a poster.

The meeting is scheduled to begin each day at 8:30 am. A poster session is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon (the format for the posters will be sent out in the next day or so). The meeting will end around 1 pm on Friday afternoon.

We look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.

HOTELS

PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Downtown Montréal has a wide selection of hotels, and we do not plan to book a block of rooms. Montréal gets very busy in summer, and the weekend before the meeting is a major Formula-1 car race in the city.
